What is a SWAGSTAMP?
A SWAGSTAMP is a customized and permanent color filled 3d impression on your favorite shoes and accessories.
What products do we SWAGSTAMP?
Currently we offer the customization service for specific styles of new HUNTER®, CONVERSE®, HAVAIANAS®, and VINCE CAMUTO® brand shoes ONLY. We will be adding new products frequently so make sure to check back regularly. In addition we offer our service to customers who already own certain styles of HUNTER® Boots and would like to send us their boots for SWAGSTAMP personalization.
How do I place an order?
First, go to www.SWAGSTAMP.com. From the homepage, click on SHOP to purchase new shoes to SWAGSTAMP OR click on SEND US YOUR HUNTERS to personalize HUNTER® brand shoes that you already own. Complete all of the customization steps and then click “Add to Cart” Once you review your order carefully, click “Proceed to Checkout,” and simply follow the step-by-step instructions within the Shopping Cart. What happens after I place my order?
We start processing your SWAGSTAMP order immediately. Therefore, cancellations or modifications to SWAGSTAMP orders are not possible. Once an order is received for new shoes, we place an order for your shoes from an authorized HUNTER®, CONVERSE®, HAVAIANAS®, and VINCE CAMUTO® retailer. SWAGSTAMP holds NO stock of HUNTER® or CONVERSE® HAVAIANAS®, and VINCE CAMUTO® shoes. Each pair is individually ordered from authorized retailers ONLY after you order.
Some of the authorized retailers from which we buy your shoes are Zappos, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and Lesters of New York. We provide you with 100% guaranteed authentic brand name shoes at the exact prices offered by the retailer. We do not discount or upcharge. The ONLY additional charge is for your SWAGSTAMP. We do not make any profit on the sale of the actual shoes. We 100% guarantee the authenticity of the shoes that we buy and swagstamp!
How long will it be until I receive my order?
Once we receive your order, your design is scheduled and your shoes are ordered. Every product on SWAGSTAMP is created to order, and we do our best to balance demand and production. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be SWAGSTAMPED. If your shoe is out of stock from our authorized retailers, we will notify you via email if there will be any delay.
What is your Return policy?
A SWAGSTAMP is permanent and custom created to order. Once your shoe is swagstamped we cannot accept any returns. PLEASE make sure to check and double check the size, style, color etc… BEFORE you place your order. We highly recommend that you try on all shoes at your nearest retailer before you order.
Can I create a custom design that is not listed on your website?
We try to accommodate special requests but have limitations with the SWAGSTAMP process. If you would like special initials (i.e. Sorority Greek Letters) or numbers or a special icon that we don’t already offer. We can probably accommodate you. Any special request that we accept will be subject to an additional charge at our discretion and may take longer than normal to be shipped. Please contact us with your request and we will try our best to accommodate you.
PRICING and SHIPPING FAQ’s
How much does a SWAGSTAMP cost?
When you are purchasing NEW shoes, the total price is the cost of your own customized SWAGSTAMP plus the retailer’s price for the shoe. When you send us your HUNTER boots, you only pay for the $60.00 SWAGSTAMP service and not for the actual boots.
Because SWAGSTAMP is located in New York state, we pay NYS sales tax as required by law when we purchase your shoes to be SWAGSTAMPED, which we then collect from you at checkout. Your credit card will be charged within 1-3 days of placing your SWAGSTAMP order. Look for an additional email when your order has been shipped.
What type of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Master Card, and Amex.
What is the cost of shipping?
At SWAGSTAMP we always offer FREE SHIPPING on all Hunters, Send us your Hunters and Converse.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship using UPS ground and/or Federal Express Ground. We do NOT offer expedited shipping.
Can my order be shipped internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If I already have HUNTER BOOTS can I get them swagstamped?
You can send us HUNTER boots that you already own to SWAGSTAMP by clicking on the SEND US YOUR HUNTERS option from the menu bar and following the ordering instructions. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process.
How do I send you my own HUNTER BOOTS?
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email with a shipping label to print out and detailed instructions on how to send us your boots.
Can I send any other brands of rain boots to be swagstamped?
We will ONLY accept the following HUNTER brand styles: ORIGINAL TALL, ORIGINAL METALLIC TALL, ORIGINAL TALL GLOSS , ORIGINAL SHORT, ORIGINAL SHORT GLOSS, HUNTER HUNTRESS, YOUNG HUNTER ORIGINAL, YOUNG HUNTER ORIGINAL GLOSS, and HUNTER KIDS FIRST TODDLER. If you send us another brand of boot or a style of HUNTER Boot not specified, your boots will be returned to you and the $60.00 will be used to cover our shipping and processing costs incurred for returning the boots to you. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. If you are not sure of your Hunter Boot style, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to try and help you. When you send us your HUNTER boots, you will only pay for the $60.00 SWAGSTAMP service and not for the actual boots.
